Information on the GRAND Outdoor Camp

Campers that are taking part in the first session of Outdoor Camp need to arrive to Charley Taylor Monday, June 15th no later than 8:15am. The bus to the lake will leave at 8:30am. Do not be late. Here are more details on the Outdoor Camp from the webpage:

Archery • Kayaking • Canoeing • Climbing • Hiking Mountain Biking • Angling • Overnight campout


  • Day trip to Mineral Wells State Park in Weatherford
  • Adventure Competition at the end of the week
  • Lunch and Snacks Provided Daily
  • Kids will have the opportunity to earn their hunters education certification.
  • Plan for GRAND FUN!

Location: Loyd Park on Joe Pool Lake (3401 Ragland Rd.)

Time: 9 am - 5 pm daily
Ages: 9-17 years old
